IS2 was founded with a simple but important goal: At a time when many staffing providers operated on a day-labour model, IS2 focused on:

From the beginning, quality mattered more than volume.
As demand increased, IS2 expanded beyond Alberta opening offices across British Columbia and Ontario.
By the early 2000s, IS2 was serving employers nationwide and introduced advanced skills testing and structured assessment processes to strengthen candidate evaluation.
The company later launched a Direct Hire division to support permanent recruitment within the industries it knew best.
Growth was intentionally focused on strengthening service delivery rather than simply increasing footprint.
