WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Troubleshoot, debugging and resolving avionic electrical, instrumentation and components
Use of special instruments for diagnostics
Ability to interpret manufacturers’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other resources
Utilize technical schematics to diagnose and repair components and systems.
Demonstrate the ability to diagnose issues from complex systems and apply effective solutions.
Accurate completion of required paperwork in accordance with published procedures, manuals and documentation
Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks, managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Assist other areas when needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO QUALIFY:

Proven experience in aircraft electronics component and electrical troubleshooting, preferably within aviation instrumentation, avionics or components
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong technical proficiency and a solid understanding of electrical schematics
Ability to work independently and manage troubleshooting tasks without direct supervision
Comfortable working in a quiet, self-reliant role
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions for PCB assembly
Good Vision/Use of Tools: Strong vision for detail or proven experience using magnification tools (e.g., microscopes, magnifying glasses) for precise soldering
Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills – in order to report product condition to ensure that it meet specifications

Maintenance Technician in London | $55k-$60k/annually (2025-03-28)

Our client, a world class manufacturer of fabricated metal products and equipment, is looking to add a maintenance technician/Industrial maintenance mechanic to their growing team. This client is located about 30 minutes north of London.

This role is a straight day shift (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday) with availability of overtime as required.

Compensation – $55-60,000 plus benefits and signing bonus.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

Requirements/Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

Compensation – $72-80,000 salary

Key Responsibilities include

Coordinate the repair and optimize molds and dies for plastic molding processes.
Collaborate with product designers and engineers to understand design requirements.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed mold and die specifications.
Conduct/assist feasibility studies to assess the viability and efficiency of mold and die designs.
Optimize mold and die designs for cost-effectiveness and manufacturability.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to molding and die processes.

Preferred experience

Ensure all Automation is functioning as intended, work with any outside contractors to repair/design/install new Automation
Repair and upgrade all Automation as required
Create Condition Standards for all Injection Machines and Automation and routinely audit them.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to ensure minimal scrap and cycle time improvements

Requirements Include

Minimum 5 years’ experience from within the lastic injection molding industry or tool shop or experience gained in a similar role.
Knowledge of materials, molding processes, and mold fabrication techniques.
5 years’ experience in the maintenance of molds, injection machines, associated auxiliary equipment

· Attaches proper bar code labels to the correct packaging.

· Checks and changes tip on gasket machine on an hourly basis.

We are seeking a skilled PLC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in an industrial setting. Education & Experience:
