Install and maintain scales at customer sites.
Advise customers on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Diagnose and repair scale equipment.
Respond to emergency repair requests.
Provide technical assistance to customers.
Analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Perform field corrections as needed.
Adhere to high safety standards.
Document work through service reports and calibration certificates.
Participate in required training sessions.

Technical Machining and Quality Control:

Manufacture precision one off parts on vertical CNC milling machines and lathes.

About You:

Education & Experience

Licensed 429A General Machinist
Proven experience as a General Machinist in a machine shop or similar environment,.
Proficiency in Mastercam or similar programming software.
Experience in project management or leading complex machining projects from start to finish.
Ability to analyze mechanical drawings and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement practical solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to participate in and contribute to project meetings.
