IS2’s RESPONSE TO COVID-19
To our valued customers, employees and prospective candidates:
IS2’s guiding core value has always been safety. With that in mind, and as per government recommendations, IS2 has temporarily suspended in-person interviews at all of our branches. Our offices will no longer be conducting face-to-face interviews, on a temporary basis, until it is deemed safe to return to regular work and interview activity in our branches.
We are still interviewing by video and phone and actively recruiting for several available positions.
We will transition to remote / virtual recruiting interfaces. Over the past few years, IS2 has introduced technology to allow candidates to apply and interview online. Some of the technology that allows us to do this includes things like:
• Adobe eDocuments – to ensure work contracts can get signed digitally,
• Online skills testing – to continue to assess and place competent workers.
• Skype, Zoom, Duo, Facetime and other Video Conferencing Software – to complete interviews.
• Digital Payroll software with Direct Deposit – so our workforce will continue to get paid regularly and on-time.
If you are looking for work, you can still apply for a job with IS2 by completing our application process online. We look forward to connecting you with a company that is serving the needs of Canadians, to help their goods and services can reach the market.

Thank you for your efforts during this challenging time.
To our valued temporary workforce:
We want to ensure our staff and customers that there will be no impact to workers pay. IS2 employees will still continue to be paid weekly, via direct deposit, without delay.
While we are currently not taking in-person interviews, our staff are still here to assist you via telephone, email and text with any questions, concerns, work assignments during regular business hours. We will continue to post regular updates here so check back often.
During this time, it is critical that IS2 Temporary Employees contact their IS2 Representative with any changes to their health and/or ability to work. Our absentee policy remains in effect. Contact your branch or IS2 Representative at least 4 hours before your shift to let us know if you are exhibiting any symptoms and/or if will not be at work (by phone, voicemail, text message or email (daytime only for text and email). IS2 has a strong commitment to health and safety and will do everything we can to protect the safety of all workers during this challenging time. We will be in regular contact with any critical updates to our operating procedures.
