We’re looking for (4) driven Process Operator Lead Hand to help lead their production team and ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operations on the floor.

Shifts:

Morning Shift Team: Mon to Thurs 7:00am-7:30pm

Night Shift Team: Mon to Thurs 7:00pm to 7:30am
Morning Shift Team: Thurs to Sunday 7:00am to 7:30pm
Night Shift Team: Thus to Sunday 7:00pm to 7:30am

• Thursdays: 6 hours shifts*
• Total of 42 hours per week*

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of process operators during daily production runs
• Operate, monitor, and adjust beverage processing and packaging equipment
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are consistently met
• Act as a liaison between operators and supervisors for clear communication and issue resolution
• Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and quality check documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of leadership or lead hand experience
• Experience in food/beverage processing or manufacturing is an asset
• Strong understanding of processing equipment and quality/safety standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Experience in measuring and working with EBV is an asset
