IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join a well-established fresh produce distribution company in Calgary. What You’ll Do:

• Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
• Lead and mentor teams within the Shipping Department to optimize workflow.
• Oversee inventory management using ERP systems and ensure proper product allocation.
• Implement shipping policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP food safety regulations and workplace safety policies.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, and logistics teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
• Approve and review shipping documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery logs.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Experience with ERP inventory systems and knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification preferred).
• with Fresh produce is an asset but not required Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication – MUST speak clear English

Location: Calgary, Alberta

Pay Rate:              $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience and produce background) 

Shift Details:        Monday to Friday 2:00 Pm to 10:30 pm
