Job Description:

• · Experienced CNC Laser Operator
• · Read and interpret blueprints, adhere to product specifications
• · Operation of lathe, milling machine, drill press, sanders, grinders and MAG drills to manufacture components if required
• · Operation of brake press, shear, and plate roller with computerized controls
• · Setup and operation including, checking the nozzle, setting the cut condition, etc.
• · Perform regular maintenance when needed
• · Follow all safety practices during machine operations
• · Complete inspection checks
• · Small, customized jobs
• · High quality of work

Requirements:

• · Minimum of 5 years of CNC Laser Operation experience
• · Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and other specs
• · Brass and Aluminum experience is an asset
• · Ability to use measuring instruments, i.e., verniers, calipers, tape
• · Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• · Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• · Safety shoes/Steel toed footwear
• · Will usually have overtime available

Shift hours:

• · Monday – Friday
• · 7am-3:30pm

Salary: $27-$30 (based on experience
